Sentry Self Storage Management's Response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Sentry Self Storage is actively monitoring COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and we continue to keep the safety of our customers, staff, and community our top priority.

We are considered an essential business and a supply chain for many local businesses, and a repository for needed items and supplies for many of our customers. For this reason, our facilities will remain open for business.

As of Monday May 11, 2020 we will be back to normal operating office hours. Company wide our offices will be open from:

9am until 6pm Monday to Saturday, 9am until 2pm on Sundays.

Regardless of any office closure, you are still able to access your belongings using your existing entrance codes. Our security systems remain online and we are still performing routine inspections to ensure your belongings are protected.

We have advised our storage consultants on how to maintain a "social distance" from other store associates and customers as a precaution. Customers and site personnel are required to wear masks in the office.

In some scenarios where our offices may be small or there is elevated risk in the community, we may ask you to transact with us one-at-a-time or without entering the office. We apologize for not making you as comfortable as possible.

We will be cleaning our keypads, door handles, counters, fixtures and other frequently handled areas of our property routinely.

If an employee becomes ill, they will be asked to go home and not return until they are symptom free without medication for 24 hours.

Our employees have been advised to wash hands frequently for a minimum of 20 seconds or to use hand sanitizer. They have also been advised to cover all coughs and sneezes with a disposable tissue.

I would like let our customers know that there are many options of interacting with our facilities besides actually coming to the stores. Through our website you can see rates, make reservations, and make payments. If you have any questions please call the office during the hours listed above and you can speak directly to the facility that you do business with.

We wish everyone continued health and safety.
