Sentry Self Storage Management's Response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Sentry Self Storage is actively monitoring COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and we continue to keep the safety of our customers, staff, and community our top priority.

We are considered an essential business and a supply chain for many local businesses, and a repository for needed items and supplies for many of our customers. For this reason, our facilities will remain open for business, where possible, with limited office hours and services as listed below.

As of Tuesday, March 24, 2020 we will be limiting office hours. Company wide, our offices will be open from:

10am until 4pm Monday to Saturday, and closed on Sundays.

We are also suspending U-Haul Rental Operations, where applicable. We apologize if you have a current truck reservation. U-Haul Corporate Moving Centers remain open and your reservations will be transferred to those locations.

Regardless of any office closure, you are still able to access your belongings using your existing entrance codes, with normal access hours still in effect. Our security systems remain online and we are still performing routine inspections to ensure your belongings are protected.

We will also delay the foreclosure process on delinquent accounts and there will be no increases to current customer rates at this time.

We have advised our on site Management Teams on how to maintain a "social distance" from each other and customers as a precaution.

In some scenarios where our offices may be small or there is elevated risk in the community, may ask you to transact with us one-at-a-time or without entering the office. We apologize in advance for not making you as comfortable as possible.

We will continue to clean our keypads, door handles, counters, fixtures and other frequently handled areas of our property routinely.

If an employee becomes ill, they will be asked to go home and not return until they are symptom free without medication for 24 hours.

Our employees have been advised to wash their hands frequently for a minimum of 20 seconds, and to use hand sanitizer in between hand washings. They have also been advised to cover all coughs and sneezes with a disposable tissue and immediately wash their hands.

I would like to let our customers know that there are many options of interacting with our facilities besides physically visiting the office. Through our website you can see rates, make reservations, and make your payment. If you have any questions, please call or email the office during the hours listed above and you can speak directly to the facility that you do business with.

We wish everyone continued health and safety.
